the room furniture in poor condition the price is raising expectations the only redeemable thing is the staff .... very bad experience with the place hurts because it has an incredible view of the valley
This unique property was an attractive option as an experiment, but we would never stay there again. The isolated cabins are far too separated from everything including the lobby, restaurant, pool and wine tasting. At times we waited up to 30 minutes to be picked from the shuttle. The pool though was excellent! The food and service was very mediocre.
The check-in experience was pretty bad. Keys were issued to us around 3pm but as we went to grab our luggage we were told rooms weren’t ready. We weren’t able to get into our rooms until after 5pm...on a 118 degree day. We couldn’t change to enjoy pool...no one offered to buy us a drink or anything to compensate us. We lost an afternoon of Relax
The best experience ever! This place is gorgeous and must see in Valle.
This place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a glass of Sangria which was delicious! Our room was lovely and the views are fantastic! The food there was to die for! We recommend you try their pulpo and ceviche. We will definitely be going back very soon!
IT WAS THE WORST HOTEL. No heater. No hot water. TERRIBLE RECEPTIONIST. They tried to charge me for towels and wanted me to pay $200 for them.
What an experience! Definitely one of the most unique and beautiful places I have ever stayed; cannot wait to go back!
Unbelievable views, amazing location, great food, such a delight. Can’t wait to return.
I could use a heater in the pool , it was very cold, maybe it was because of the weather , and a wardrobe or at list couple of hangers, you don't have a place tu put your clothes , everything else was great.
Beyond my expectations! Staff was extremely friendly and on point with all services. Super relaxing. Great for couples!
