It is a nice and clean hotel. It is central to major attractions, public transportation, and plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars near by. Friendly staff and check ins/outs are seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal. This is an excellent option for a solo traveler, couple, or family. For the price, in Copenhagen you can't really beat it. I would definitely stay again if going a trip to Denmark!

Wake-up is rated 8.2 primarily bc of its location which is great. It’s a short walk to nyhavn, round tower (recommend), Strohet. Unfortunately, we found our rooms were very small even for European standards. Our hotel in Amsterdam was twice the size. The carpet looked and felt dirty (glad we brought our slippers). Per their eco policy, we had to ask the front desk to clean our rooms daily.

Fire alarm went off at 03:45 in the morning, and after the fire brigade left, the alarm were still running in the stairways, really strange that people were allowed to enter the hotel after the fire brigade left and that fire brigade didn't stop the alarm after checking

It was very basic. Great location but the a/c worked minimally well so the room was warm most of my stay. You also had to pay for anything extra such lockers before your check in (they don’t hold for you), there is no in room coffe, fridge, or iron. No ice machine anywhere on the property. Central location hotel, not bad

Nice central location with easy check in and check out steps. The room was small but comfortable, however did wish the pillow on the bed were standard pillow rather than small square ones, and standard double bed duvet instead of a single duvet on a double bed. There was no basic amenities like kettle, cups, tea bag and coffee sachet which was annoying. Also not soundproof, could hear people talking along the corridor at 3am in the morning

The rooms are very small could hardly turn around in the shower and I had to walk too forever through a maze of hallways to get to my room. I have a reservation in 10 days to stay there for two nights, but I’m debating whether I’m going to use it.

Not bad, but I wouldn't stay here again.

While the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, I didn't love this hotel and wouldn't stay here again unless necessary. The Wakeup felt very impersonal and the room was weirdly depressing. But my biggest complaint is that I was charged a fee to store my bag for a few hours. Travelers can rarely arrange their travel plans to arrive at their accommodations after check-in time, and often need to store bags until rooms are ready. I was told that this is a new trend. Maybe this is true, but the hotel I stayed in the night prior (not available for a second night), doesn't charge to store bags, so I'm skeptical. And even if this is the new trend, the nickel and diming is getting tiresome. The only way to fight back is to not give these companies our business.

Rigtig god beliggenhed

Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme. Værelserne var ikke så store, men overnatter man kun et par dage, er det okay og der var det vi skulle bruge. Vi oplevede ikke voldsom larm, selvom vinduet stod åben lørdag aften. Rengøring af badeværelset kunne godt være bedre, det var ikke helt rent. Morgenmaden var fin. Hotellet har en rigtig god beliggenhed, det ligger tæt på alt.
