Staff was super friendly! Location is convenient and easy to walk to city center and restaurants, plus metro is close. The lobby is wonderful, my kids loved it, but it’s just as nice for adults to hang out. The pool looks great, unfortunately we didn’t take time to swim…. Next time! All that being said, the room is basic and non-luxurious. If hanging in your room is more your thing, then you may prefer a different hotel. For our family, this place was perfect.

Nice central hotel

Great central hotel only 5 mins from main central station. Reception staff friendly and happy to help. We had a double bed room in a quiet part so couldn't hear train noise. Room and bed good size plus tea making facilities. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was good buffet style. All in all would recommend. Didn't use facilities like pool etc. This is in the meatpacking distruct loads of busy bars and restaurants. There is also a big shopping mall 15 min walk away. Main attraction tivoli also right by station.

Nice hotel with a bit of hostel vibe with games and football table in the lobby. Suitable for families. Hallways and my room were a bit too worn down for my taste, but still clean and modern. Service was friendly. I had two extra pillows in the room. Breakfast was a mediocre experience with only the bare minimum, like only one type of cold cuts. But probably as expected from a 3-star hotel. I would consider skipping it next time.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location that is a quick walk to the Metro and central station, as well as Tivoli and the Tivoli Food Hall. We had booked the family room which had 4 beds, a double bed and two twin Murphy style beds. We had three adults and it worked fine for us but I think 4 adults with luggage would be a tight fit. We kept one of the beds folded up and stored our luggage in front of it. When we arrived. the elevator was out of service so every time we had to be let in the service door to use the service elevator which was inconvenient. We had to use the elevator because we had so much luggage and our mom cannot do several flights of stairs. Breakfast was included and it was great- the waffles were amazing.

As a family of four with older teens, we wanted a single room with individual beds (vs. a shared sofa bed) for the children. CPH's superior family room was perfect. The room was clean and had adequate space (spacious by European standards). The bathroom was large and clean. The lobby had games available (table tennis, foosball, darts) and the pools looked spectacular (though we did not use them). The hotel itself is only a couple of blocks from Copenhagen Central Station, providing easy access to the metro, trains and city buses. It's also convenient to Tivoli Gardens. Despite being near transport (and an easy walk to tourist centers), the property feels tucked away in a quiet corner. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the included breakfast buffet. The buffet was generous (breads & pastries, meats, cheese, skyr (yogurt) with mix-ins, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, a waffle station, etc.) with ample drinks available, including fresh fruit juices. Given the price of a meal in Copenhagen (expect $30/person for all but the cheapest of fast food), breakfast was a budget saver. The only negatives weren't, really: At times you could hear the rumble of trains on the track (this may concern light sleepers, but didn't bother us) and towels were only changed every few days (garbage was taken out daily).
