check in wasnt a great experience. i was told my room was only small and had a small bed and there was pressure to upgrade. i had already paid for an upgrade to superior double. i later watched someone upgrade then they were then pressured into upgrading to exec lounge. this was too much. hotel was clean and tidy and all staff were exceptional apart from the lady on check in

Location Location Location
Overall, my stay was great! Room was average European size. A bit expensive, but so is Copenhagen. Bed was comfortable and room was reasonably cleaned upon arrival. Noticeable wear and tear in carpet and bathroom, but nothing out of ordinary. Customer Service was great, especially Jamie at reception. Breakfast isn't worth the cost, so if not included with room, don't bother. Hotel's hallways and carpet was very stained and unpleasing to the eyes. Location is great if visiting Tivoli Gardens, and the metro station is across the street. Can be very noisy as location is next to Town Hall and Strøget, a major shopping street.

We had an executive room but I don’t feel it warranted being called executive. Curtains didn’t fit the windows properly so the light came in and we were woken early because of this. Hotel states air conditioning but this didn’t seem to work. Picture of coffee machine pictured, but it was a kettle with sachets and creamer

Rude front desk
The gentleman that checked me in around noon was quite rude. He told me there was no room available trying to upsell me to another room. When I termed him down he came back to me within a minute letting me know my room was ready. This felt like I was being lied to, not the service I like
