I check in and the key doesn’t work for a couple of times. So I have to go up and down a multiple times.
When the water in the bathroom is extremely hot and no other temperature, I call the receptionist, she asks if I must take shower & say she can take cold water for me. But how can someone mix hot water n cold water without a bathtub. She doesn't answer my question, just says she can’t change room.
Bathroom door is not working, lock me inside.
Not until I go down to the reception, she offers to open the bathroom in the spa for me to use. Attitude extremely rude & couldn’t care less about my problem.
I ask for her name, refuse to give; I ask for her staff number, refuse to give; then I ask if she prefers I call her by her skin colour. Suddenly I become a bad person when she leaves me no choice.
I understand that the hotel wins best workplace in Copenhagen, probably because the staff manager still agrees that she can refuse to tell me her name or staff number when all other staffs show their name tags but not her, I don’t understand the logic behind this. And I ask for a staff number, NUMBER, how does that make her uncomfortable? What’s her position to refuse to give me her STAFF NUMBER.
And the next day, water temperature problem is fixed in the bathing area, not the basin. But no one tells me that, I test it myself after they say they will fix it. They finally change room for me.
