    Tivoli Hotel - Copenhagen
Booked an Executive Room. The room condition was quite new. Modern decor. Bed was comfortable. Only slight annoyance was that the room was facing the train terminal, the noise was not too loud, but I could still hear the trains rolling into the terminal in the middle of night. The location easy to get from the airport but is slightly off the city center. However, it's just a 10 minute walk to the meatpacking district where there are plenty of great places for food and drinks. Staff were friendly. Business lounge was good and comfortable. Had a nice stay overall

Breakfast paid but not given, Lousy Recep Service
    1. For our business trip, we made bookings for 5 rooms with specifying breakfast. Upon arrival and check-in at 10pm, the receptionist curtly informed us there was no breakfast. We tried to show ways and means to prove that our breakfast was included in the booking, but the receptionist simply did not bother to help us check, but insisted impatiently in a condescending tone to provide our credit cards immediately and charge the breakfast to our bill. We decided on Tivoli thinking that the service and food will be top notch for a 4-star hotel, even though it's relatively further from Central Station. Regretfully, we realise now from our experience, many 3-star hotels right around the Central station provides better service, breakfast, and treats guests with much more respect! 2. My bath tub had no plunger, hence water cannot run. I asked for this to be fixed, but receptionist said “the technician had gone home”, and can only fix this the next day. Come on, a 4-star hotel should have key personnel rostered 24 hours readily to solve guests’ common problems! 3. Receptionist informed that there are no eatery so no cafes, clubs and supermarket nearby. Just eat in. But we found the Fisketorvet Shopping mall nearby! Why the lie? Having stayed in many hotels across Scandinavia, this is probably my worst experience ever!

Much More Than Just a Nice Property - GREAT STAFF
The property was very well kept, clean, and friendly. The service that was most impressive was provided by the Bellmen/Concierge service. The hotel has 2 young men that appear to work as bellmen and concierge. They look almost exactly alike and I'm sure if they read this they'll know who I am. New at international travel they helped me figure out the best way to travel from Copenhagen to Rostock Germany. After much effort, patients, and time they were able to assist me booking a bus that drives directly onto a ferry for a 1.75 hour ride across the water to Germany. I apologize for not knowing these gentlemen's name but they will remember. I strongly suggest booking this hotel. Anybody can build a nice property but it takes a quality staff to make the property great. This property is great - A real quality group.

    I overpaid
Hop on/off bus stops in front of hotel, that was good. But around hotel is just commercial business area, no place to eat but yes, you can eat in hotel. Very expensive. Even parking is really high, no parking In streets allowed.
