Not within our expectations
Come with a high expectation but was so disappointed. First, the room was not really clean as is parquet flooring u can see the dust clearly. Found a KY Jel in the drawer that was the most disgusting thing. The aircon cannot be on the highest cause the fan coil will created some noise. On the same time, the fan cannot on higher speed cause will also create noise. If we on 1 speed, the fan will die on us.

I stayed six nights in early February. Because the location was great, I walked to restaurants and shops in Georgetown. My room was big and had a sea view. The cleaning crews cleaned my room twice a day. The front desk staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. However, during six nights of staying at E & O, I have had some negatives feelings about this hotel. First, some guest were pretty rude. They talked so loudly in the hallway, and their conversations woke me up a few times. I was not sure it was their culture or they were simply rude. It was really irritated me many nights. I almost shouted at them, "Shut up. Let me sleep." The other negative experience was at the restaurant. Some staff was great, but some simply didn’t care for their guests. The receptionist never greeted me. The chef who prepared noodles simply didn't want to explain to me what kinds of noodles he could offer me when I asked question. Also, the buffet food was same everyday, I gave up eating at the hotel. Instead, I went out and enjoyed delicious food.
