Small, clean and comfortable. The couple of employees I met were friendly and helpful. The hotel we're doing works on 5 floor, but not seemingly at the weekend. This hotel is great for reasonably priced room right in the centre of London with Lambeth north tube station across the road and Costa next door.But the hotel do a great coffee cheaper than Costa and quality of the coffee is good . Staff are also very polite and helpful

Convenient location at a reasonable price. When checking in we were given the key to someone elses room with all of their belongings still in the room. We were woken up by builders renovating a room. They were told the rooms next theirs were empty. Place was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
