Disappointing
It was disappointing, on arrival the room wasn’t ready, we were not asked if we wanted breakfast, on a good note the receptionist found us two rooms which had been cleaned but on separate floors, room was clean, towels fluffy, room very small and dark and in need of a refresh, not soundproof, loud music could be heard until 12.30am. Banging of doors, people talking throughout night and early hours in corridors, someone was sick in corridor outside one of our rooms down the corridor and up the walls, hearing people throwing up in the morning. Really not pleasant.

The hotel was large well organised and the staff efficient. The 2 minor downsides were that we had an adjoining room and there was no sound proofing between ths two rooms. The very loud lady who woke around 7.00a.m. each day meany we had no lie ins. We had dinner in the hotel on our first night and although this is supposed to be on tastecard none of the staff or management were aware of this meaning they refused to give us the 25% discount to which we were entitled.
