Friendly staff, functional but small rooms
Great hotel with very friendly staff who were keen to please. However, there were some little niggly things which are just about lack of attention to detail, such as a missing light bulb and the remote for the TV wouldn't work, but as soon as we pointed them out, the staff took immediate action to rectify them. I would also add that the micro suites, as attractive and functional as they are, do lack a bit of space, so can feel a little claustrophobic, but the clue is in the name so do bear this in mind when choosing a room.
