    Excellent reception and concierge staff

    The reception staff are brilliant - Brian the as very friendly and helpful and be remembered speaking to me the week before when I called to manage my booking, also received complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. Rooms as massive (surprised given the size of the room that the bed was only a double! Also beds were a bit hard and pillows not my preference) My only negative feedback is that the bar staff are very slow!! And they need to have more people behind the bar - I waited 25 minutes in the que! Not good Also the concierge is very friendly and welcoming (sorry forgot his name )

    Good base for six by nico

    Great hotel. Service is what shines from all the folks on that front desk. Not the best base I would argue if you were doing several days worth of activities in the centre of London. Room brill and clean. Would be happy to stay here again if were frequenting more of the restaurants around Canary wharf.
