Reviews

8/10 Very good

The location was ideal for our Eurostar trip. The room was really very small for 2 of us but, for a 1 night stay, it was fine.
Ann, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

As an overnight stay the Wardonia was perfect. I emailed to say I would be late checking in and they came back straight away. The person on reception was very polite and efficient - overall very good

Good location, clean, minimalist accomodations

Overall I'm very satisfied Stayed in a single room on a vacation. Though very small, the room is well maintained, clean and fresh towels were provided daily. This is a no frills accomodation - but for the price - it's very nice Proximity to train stations is super important.
Dmitry, 6-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel is very convenient if you are catching a train early in the morning at Kings Cross or St Pancras. The double room and bathroom were clean. The room is on a small side for 2 people and 2 adults but manageable for one night. The bathroom is very narrow and small. The are plenty of restaurants/cafés in the area.
Jean-Noel, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

solo trip, met my needs cleanly and safe feeling space. nothing lavish or fancy but did the job! staff were friendly, my room was quirky with being below street but with a window. and a step down to the bathroom. overall decent safe feeling hotel.
Ruby Lynn, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Hotel was fine for what we needed on a short break to London. Twin room was ideal, comfy beds and pillows. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Room was on the small side but not an issue for us. Corridors were tight, we were on the basement level, very tight stairs and corridors, not an issue for us but possibly for those with mobility issues.

A cosy room fit for purpose close to train station and underground great if you want a pit stop liked the view from the room.

Convenient location for rail travel

Chosen for its great location with easy access to Kings Cross, Eurostar and Euston. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. This ‘no frills’ hotel certainly did the job.

Ideal for a night or two

Stayed for 2 nights as required to be close to Kings Cross, paper thin walls but overall clean and tidy stay. Ideal if passing thru for a night or 2 but any longer possibly not.
Andrew, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Definitely nothing fancy but if you just need a bed with clean sheets and a clean toilet and shower in a handy location, this will do it. Very tiny but clean room, cleaned every day, and a friendly staff. Wouldn't recommend to someone sensitive to odours, though. An old house with very old carpet, so quite stuffy, but you can open the window to get fresh air.
Essi, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The street I could see from the window was beautiful.
Youko, 2-night trip

Left luggage not able to be in a locked room. Room so small, no air con

Great location

Super-easy location - five minutes from the front of St Pancras. Easy check-in. Everything's quite narrow but everything worked. Room was good (simple) and my brief stay was fine.
MATTHEW, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location & value for money

Good value for money, excellent location, clean and tidy, quiet as well as pleasantly warm. All made for a good night's sleep. Decor a bit dated, but comfortable nonetheless.
Claire, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Small and old, but okay for one night. It’s very convenient, very close the train stations.
Herminia, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Very very small room and bathroom but excellent otherwise
Cynthia, 4-night trip

If you're a solo traveller looking for a place to stay close to a major train station, this will do for a night or two!
Hayley, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is in an excellent location and very reasonably priced And very warm. The rooms are small but excellent value for money. In a great location close to the Railway stations and the piccadilly line For easy access into the centre of london.
James, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good location, a little noisey from the cars
Quanhao, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The property was clean and safe. The reception staff and house keeping staff are good and polite, however, a refrigeratpr and microwave facility within the building would make it a perfect place to stay.
