One Night Business Stay
Had an early meeting the day after so decided to find budget accommodation. Room was tiny but had own bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Arrived late. Check in easy. Breakfast was also good. Will be using this place again. Convenient to walk from Euston. Tube just found the corner.

Central location
We stayed one night at the Regency House in order to go to the theatre. The hotel is very well located with easy access to tube stations. The hotel was excellent it provided everything we needed for a short stay in London.

Ideal location for me, short walk from work. Walkable from the tube and Totenham Court Road. Had a small single room, had everything i needed. Breakfast was good, dont think staff were quite awake but it was early. Will certainly consider again for a stay when am working in the area

One night stay
Service was good but the rooms could do with some tlc and looking very tired. Smell of drains but as we were only there for one night we just sprayed some perfume around. There was works going on in the road outside so not sure if that was the reason for drain smells. All told though we had a comfortable nights stay.

Do your research and choose wisely
The room we had was The Captains room, it was awful!! What they do not tell you is it is in the basement, next to the kitchen,on the main street that has so much traffic you won't sleep a wink. The bedroom above us i believe must have been a dorm style because it was so noisy we literally had to call the desk every night to have them quiet down. It did not matter who stayed in it, it was VERY disruptive. The bathroom has NO outlet and a mirror that anyone under 5'4 will NOT be able to see in. The one outlet is next to the bed so you can imagine the difficulty a woman would have blow drying her hair and putting on her makeup without a mirror.I asked several times for a mirror, they said they would try and find one but never did. We had no ability to see what we looked like after getting dressed unless we went upstairs and looked in the lobby mirror. We were given 4 hangers, we asked for more and told there were none available. We were told we had free water but day 2 we asked for more but were told we are allowed 2 per stay. The room is very dark and there is literally no place to put your things. Bathroom is tiny, the shower has no place to put your items. They provide NO face cloths so there is no way to wash your face at the end of day or while bathing. I will say the location is fantastic. Close to restaurants, bars, tube, shopping. If I stayed again I would choose a better room on a higher level and off the street. The man who initially checked us in was great.

Pleasant stay, would return
Welcoming reception, friendly staff. Quiet location. Great spot, a few minutes walk from Euston, British Museum. Complimentary bottle of wine in the room. Good choice for breakfast including veggie options.

New Year’s Eve stay, would totally recommend!
Stayed here for one night on New Year’s Eve (2 adults and 2 children in the 5 bed room). The receptionist was nice and check in was quick, he showed us to our room, the room was extremely big and had absolutely everything we needed, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottles of water, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, shaving stuff, sewing kits, shower hats, vanity kits..... everything! The hotel and room was nice, clean and tidy. Beds were extremely comfy. I don’t know about any other time of year but the main road that our room looked out on was busy and noisy but we were in London and staying New Year’s Eve so we didn’t expect anything different. The breakfast was made to order in the morning and the choice of what we could have was good! We had to book a slot for breakfast because the dining room was small which was ok, only downfall is that the tables were small and literally there was no room for 4 of us but we managed. We would definitely stay here again, the price was excellent for New Year’s Eve and one of the cheapest places around! The whole experience was well with the money we paid!

Overall happy with my stay
Overall i am happy with my stay. -the hotel room is cozy for me as a solo traveller. -the hotel is clean and safe, just that there is only KFC (nearest option) open after 7-neth in the evening. so better eat something before returning to the hotel area. -the receptionist is helpful and friendly, as he offered to help me move my luggage upstair. -the breakfast is good and the service staff is efficient. just that on my last day, the usual lady who took order was temporarily away, so i asked the other lady (not the chef one) for help to take order. she put her head down, played with her cellphone, refused to take order and asked me to wait. i think she could be more polite and there could be better division of labor.
