Always my first choice when staying in London
Love this hotel! I always stay here when i travel to London. The location is so convenient. The rooms are perfect, room Service is amazing, especially when you’re travelling for work or on a busy schedule. Its so helpful to be able to order to the room. Staff are always super accommodating & most important of all as a solo traveller, it feels like such a safe & secure hotel

The hotel was ideally located for NYE; however, the housekeeping was terrible. Dirty cups like they just rinsed our used mugs and put them back. Had to call down for replacements. They didn’t replace spoons and milk some days. The kitchenette sink was dirty after the first day and never got cleaned. I called down and asked and it never did get cleaned. No robes or slippers provided but our other guests had them. Almost no closet and drawer space. We liked that the room had two twin beds for the kids and a queen bed for us but didn’t realize the queen bed was a pullout couch. It was not a quality one and was not ideal for two adults. The worst thing was having a hotel employee walk into our room unannounced as we sat in bed in the morning. She just strolled in… we complained twice and the hotel management didn’t seem concerned. Kind of appalling, to be honest. The room service was limited, it didn’t include all the restaurants, as we were lead to believe. The cafe on the ground level was good and the staff there were very nice. Long wait times to speak to someone at the front desk. Overall, it was just not the experience we were looking for.

Beautiful stay, good location and lovely food for room service. However, could have been better if there was complimentary water bottles, if we werent charged for my Child's milk, (£5.50) for a baby bottle of milk is extortionate. Also, I did not like that breakfast options are limited and even after paying for breakfast there is a seperate charge for pancakes and other breakfast dishes.
