Déçu par notre sejour Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la marina mais la porte du balcon était fermée à clé soit disant pour la sécurité suite au nettoyage des vitres Personne ne nous a prévenu lors de notrr arrivée de ça et personne ne faisait le nettoyage.... Le matin par deux fois nous avons été réveillé par le personnel de chambre alors que nous avons demandé de ne pas etre dérangé

Almost there
Firstly I will say that the hotel and most of the staff were amazing. The pool area is lovely and the location is perfect for visiting Dubai marina & beach area. The front counter staff were lovely on both checks in & check out but on one occasion I asked about arranging taxis for the next day as we had an excursion booked and the blonde lady (I only saw her once during our trip) was quiet dismissive and a bit rude & told us to flag one down on the street 🙄 not exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. They actually had a man outside to arrange taxi’s but she didn’t tell us this. This man also on occasion could be a bit sour. There were 4 of us sharing a large suite. The room was gorgeous but sometimes things were lacking. Like 2 bottles of water between 4 guests. They would replace 4 towels with only 3, and the face clothes were removed after the first night but never replenished for our stay. The room was always cleaned to perfection even with the buckets of sand carried back from the desert in our shoes! And when asked, they put extra water & towels. The breakfast was very nice. Plenty of choice and the freshly cooked omelettes, pancakes and pastries were a lovely treat each day. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would recommend to others. Hoping this review will help to bring the hotel to the 5 ⭐️ standard that it is so close to.
