This is very good option if you’re looking for a smaller boutique-style hotel in a sea of mega size large hotel chains on the Palm. What made this place stand out for me was the staff. Reviewers often mention it but the staff at Voco go above and beyond. In particular CM and Glenys who helped me with everything from room quietness, to Dubai suggestions and a later check out since I had a late flight back. One other highlight of the hotel is their restaurant ‘Maison Mathis’. Diverse tasty food options, reasonable prices for Dubai and fantastic servers.

Pleasant stay for two nights. Great view from our sea view room. Room was comfortable. Pool area was nice but far too many rules. Dubai treats water safety like adults are two years old. Pool and the beach are ruled by the fun police. Breakfast was good but the room is far too noisy. Too much concrete, loud music and people talking loudly to be heard. Is like eating in a mall food hall. Had dinner one night and requested to be seated in the bar area which avoided this issue and we could have conversation. Staff were all fantastic. Location is handy. Eco friendly hotel.
