"Lovely hotel. Stayed at the palm for the first time and really enjoyed it. Hotel staff were amazing and attentive to our needs. Not all restaurants were open during our stay however given what we paid for half board the hotel provided food from all restaurants in Manava. On the days we did have the a la csrte the portions were very generous. I actually preferred the buffet style to get a variety. On one of the nights when we dined there, the staff at Manava went out of their way to get my son penne pasta which was not on the a la carte and offered to get it from room service. This was really thoughtful of them. A big thank you to Hein who served us several times at Manava during breakfast and dinner and also to Asha who was lovely! I would love to visit Dubai again and stay here. Despite all the media we decided to go and make the most of it, and we are so glad we did.
