Can be better.
The receptionist and cafe staff were reallg friendly and helpful. We were rather disappointed as we left for Legoland at 10am and set the sign to make up room. When we got back 1030pm. The room was not made up. When we called front desk, no one picked up. When we informed them, they only came up to clear the trash from the day before. We had to go buy our own toiletries and toilet paper so that my family can wash up.

This is ok for a short stay. The tables in the rooms have white water stains on them, it is unsightly and gives the room a dirty feel. The walls are dirty. The AC did not work very well. Breakfast was subpar and the food was cold. Do no expect too much from your stay.

Water heater in the common bathroom was not working and the drainage system in the remaining bathroom took a long time for water to drain off. Housekeeping did not turn up to clean our apartment during our 3D2N stay. Other than a spacious layout, decent wifi and free parking, I wont recommend it.

We had booked 2 rooms with for 2 adult and 1 child each and fully paid on Expedia however we were told that for child bed we had to pay extra and even Expedia agent also couldn’t help One of the room had bathroom water clogging problem which was promptly resolved but the garbage was left in the bathroom itself which was very unprofessional The size of the room was good Breakfast options weren’t very many - we were vegetarian - the chef prepared noodles but it was in the same oil used for non veg as a result we couldn’t eat The front desk also didn’t not at first readily agree to keep our luggage after the checkout till the eve stating they are busy - holding luggage is something every hotel offers
