We love staying at Grand Paragon Hotel and visit almost every month. It is a very child-friendly hotel, which makes it perfect for our family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the breakfast has a good variety. The air conditioning is great, and our children always enjoy their stay. I was impressed by the room service. Being that I was out and did not request for room service, the staff still made the room & top up the amenities. This aside, I had some cash and electronic items on the table and they were all untouched. The staff had only focussed on making the room. Such high level of service integrity is indeed applaudable. It has been my second stay at this property and I highly recommend it.

Non smoking room but the room has slight smoke odor. Hasnt been dusted in a while, there's visible coat of dust on the card reader on door and inside the cupboards. Otherwise bedsheet was clean and bed is comfortable. Service was good.

Spacious n clean. But amenities within room some not in working condition. If only hotel ensure n see to it that better daily amenities maintenence are done. Especially good TV reception n bath necessities. Furniture decor definitely need a makeover asap. They are too old. Overall acceptable for a short stay. Plus point it's very near KSL.
