Had a really good stay at Space Residency! You can definitely tell this place is going to be a total gem once it's 100% finished.Check-in was pretty smooth—the building is run by a management company, so you just head up to their office on the 2nd floor to grab your room key card. They use a pre-assigned car park lot system, which is great because you get a guaranteed spot. The only small catch is that the specific lot can be a bit tricky and hard to find at first, so definitely take your time...

Our stay is very close to lunar new year and there is construction work on site but noise is not great, perhaps due to reduced work prior to the new year. There is nothing much to do in Desaru as the red flag is raised daily at beach dur to jelly fish. Only the small swimming pool is usable. Buffet breakfast has a good spread. Not much to say about the limited ala carta menu for lunch and dinner. Good place to chill out in life and that's about it.

Great value. Full kitchenette. Washer Dryer. Large rooms. Clean. Good amenities. Strong water presdure. Cold aircon. Good wifi. Same building as hard rock. Secured parking. Highly recommended. Only draw back, the entire putri harbour area is quite deserted and hardly any life. Limited food options although there is a convenient store and supermarket nearby. If you have a car can stay here but drive elsewhere for entertainment and good.

We arrived early and knew check in was at 3pm but we were willing to wait. The female front desk staff told us that she can only register us as guests but for room availability, we had to check again at 2pm. However after waiting for about 40 minutes, a male front desk staff name Dennis came to me and informed me that they manage to get 1 room ready for us. Dennis was the epitome of professionalism. He was polite, professional and kind. He even brought the other room key card to us in our room....
