My go to hotel for a JB staycation, room is clean and considerably well maintained, staff is efficient at check in counter, would have loved to swim in one of my favorite hotel pools in JB but it was spoilt by huge family groups fooling around in the pool, probably wrong timing it’s New Year’s Day.

Spacious 1BR family room with 1 King Bed and 2 extra beds for children. Room is clean but both washbasin in bathroom and kitchen sink needs unclogging. Water was slow to drain off. Staff were friendly. Had their buffet breakfast but food wasn’t great but it is convenient to have this option as there doesn’t seem to be any restaurants or coffee shops close by for breakfast.
