Ok for the price but don't trust the staff!
Hotel was not clean but for the price it was fine. The staff lied to us about the bus we took. It was the worst. I don't recommend this hotel at all!

really bad hotel and be careful with you money
I don't no why have a guy that wrote here that the hotel its OK, I think the guy is animal, because this hotel look like animal place, everything is bad, the air-conditioning don't work and you need be careful with you thinks, I'm not sure but I think that someone stolen 50U$ in my luggage because its impossible lost money in the room and before I'm live the room I have count how much money I have and when I go back the hotel and check again my money lost.

Good Value
I didn't get a chance to see the pool, but there was a window in my room that opened from the hallway, which was a little uncomfortable. The staff was nice, I didn't get to see the pool because I was too busy seeing the city. This hotel has good value.

Damp cold, dark, terrible don't stay here...
There is so much damp in the room the pillows small of it and the all the walls are brown grey im sure its unhealthy... the shower has no curtain and none of the power sockets work.. basically this is the worst hotel I have stayed in Vietnam... there is a reason why it only has one review.. all the others are deleted..

Cheap hotel can be improved
Hotel staff reluctant to give hot water after 7pm,the towel and blankets were smelly.Can hear people singing Karaoke across the road till 2am during weekends.A bit far by walking to the ancient town where most restaurants are located.Hotel does provide cheaper rate for airport transfer but not the tour.

Spend a little more to stay somewhere nicer.
Easy access to everything in Hoi an. Staff were very friendly. The rooms weren't very clean and there were bugs everywhere.
