Serenity
I love how this property is separated from the parking lot and busy roadway so it is wonderfully quiet and serene. I enjoy walking so I enjoyed walking from our room to the motorbike, but you can take the electric cart if you want. We also used the free bicycles sometimes too, loved it. Beautiful grounds all around the hotel, near the beach. The room was beautiful with a great bathroom and tub. Very few windows though, the room was pretty dark. Check-in was relatively easy. Fantastic service. We are two women friends travelling together as a vacation from living in Hanoi. We did get creep vibes from one of the bellhops and tried to avoid him, but no bad vibes from anyone else. I wish they had a water dispenser in the lobby. They give you two tiny 500ml bottles of water per day and I just wish I could fill my water bottle and not use so much plastic. I was told at breakfast I couldn't fill my water bottle with the water dispenser there "no takeaway". This place feels exclusive without exclusive prices. Loved it.

The beach across the street (not the fault of the property though) was awful... it is eroding and sandbags are placed to try to keep erosion from getting worse. Beach was dirty and lots of glass

bungalow room with nice view. the resort is nice, romantic, quiet. breakfast with various of choice. shuttle bus here to hoi an town scheduled twice per day. the resort next to beach. staff are friendly and helpful. it is 25km from Da Nang international airport. Room rate is cheap.

Horrible staff services to local Vietnamese! My wife is from the City of Hue. She went back to Vietnam to visit her family. She tells me the hotel staff did not give her service when requested. They ignore her and her family. The buffet breakfast was limited and not all dishes were served. The property and the facilities were beautiful and nice. Too bad the hotel staff had to ruin it.

A week in Koi
We had a week at Koi: Fabulous resort but with the local beach out of action (sandbags) we would have loved shuttle bus being offered to go to the other beach: We did ride bikes there but again very hot to do so everyday! Also would've liked more shuttle bus trips to ancient town: Otherwise Koi really great: Food, service and location:
