We booked pre covid expecting a relaxing holiday at a nice spa hotel but when we finally made it we were so disappointed. It was extremely NOISY! Children running up and down the hallway day and night; people shouting at each other even though they are in the same room; constant knocking on doors and shouting at family members and doors being left open setting off the alarms which were ignored! This would start any time between 5-6am and continued all day until 11-12pm. Pool areas were full of children running around screaming and shouting. Spa only provided massages (which were very good) but none of the other services were available (manicures, pedicures, facials etc) which we didn't find out until after we had booked in. We know of several people who booked out early and went elsewhere because of the noise. We would have done the same but we would have lost our credits and couldn’t afford to go to another hotel. Also, we didn't know if the next hotel would have the same noise problem. The staff were lovely and tried their hardest to make things better but it was a lost cause.

Nicely designed boutique hotel.
Hotel with nice design, beautiful rooms and pool area. Could use some smaller maintance work to be in a better condition. Wasn't too happy with the breakfast the first 2 days when the buffet was closed (I guess because of low occupancy) but for the last day they when they were serving buffet aggain it was fine. We got upgraded and they did a honeymoon set up for us, which was highly appreciated. Overall a good stay and I would definitely consider staying there again if visiting Hoi An.
