Fantastic stay
I loved my cosy studio here, it was the perfect size for me as I was travelling solo. The bed was a fantastic size and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. The bathroom was small but it was fine for just me. The shower had excellent water pressure which I always appreciate. The location of this property is what sold it for me; it's only a few minutes away from Earl's Court tube station, plus it's on a fairly quiet street so traffic noise is low. I loved staying in this area and I think the studio apartment I stayed in was brilliant value for money. The staff were super friendly upon arrival and I found having someone available at the front desk from 8am-11pm very reassuring.

Great hotel. Went to drop off bags at 1pm and we were shocked when they told us our room was ready. Yay! Nice room, large, modern, very clean and comfortable. Not sure I’d call it an “entire apartment” as the description read, but it was wonderful and will stay here again.

Extremely well located, converted terrace house in Earls Court. Just a few minutes away from the Underground, which happens to be across from Paul (one of my favourite cafe & patisserie chains). The reception isn't available 24/7, but they are able to receive you or let you in at odd times with prior notice, and are very friendly and prompt. They also reached out mid-way through our stay to ensure everything was going well, which was nice. The property itself is extremely clean, has an elevator, and is air-conditioned, which was lovely considering how hot the weather was during our stay. There are also onsite laundry facilities, which is very easy to use and is included in your nightly rate (July 2024). The room we had was spacious, tidy, and well lit considering it was below ground, and included a 2 burner hob, fridge and a kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked extremely well (yes I'm an American, sorry). Earls Court is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood, so nighttime disturbances were at a minimum. I will definitely be staying at this property for my next trip, and would recommend it to all! Feedback: One night, a guest arrived late to the property, and didn't have mobile data service to contact the host. Without our help, she would'nt have been able to access her room, as the staff had just left. A hallway plaque with wifi info would be helpful in avoiding future arrival issues, especially for international guests. Just a suggestion!

Truly enjoyed my stay at Cleveland Residences. It was clean, quiet, safe, ideal for transportation as the train station is just out the road and had many fast food restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and approachable. I would definitely stay there on my next visit to London.

Feels like a brand new property, apartment was spotless, a nice size and good facilities. On site staff were very helpful and friendly. You’re a 2 min walk from Earls Court tube station so very handy to get around. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a very nice part of London.

The property was beautiful and very clean. Nice safe neighborhood. The staff very accommodating and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage with them so we could go explore. They also allowed us to check in 2 hrs early as soon as apartment was ready. Lots of restaurants close by and 5 min walk to the Underground to get around Landon. Only thing be aware that office only opened 8am-11pm the day of check out we needed to leave our luggage with them and check out by 7am because of a city tour we needed to go to and no one there, we almost missed our tour, fortunately someone opened a few mins early and we were able to leave luggage while we explored our last day which was very helpful that we could still leave our luggage after check out. Overall great, beautiful, clean place to stay would definitely stay here again.

Don’t book room
I’m sure other rooms are fine but not on the ground floor. Located adjacent to the entry way, check in office, and laundry facilities. Groups of people tended to congregate in the hall/ lobby area. It was very loud with people checking in/out or organizing their day. Being on the ground floor there was also street noise and a bicycle locker right outside the window that was accessed at odd hours. It was a bit disappointing.
