Great apartment and great staff
Spacious well equipped and clean room with nice toiletries. Small kitchenette with fridge, sink, kettle, toaster. Good location. Staff on reception super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble

Wouldn’t stay again
Hotel is good and clean. But area is dodgy and no facilities nearby. Wasn’t given wifi code on arrival, which was poor, and info wasn’t in the room. Fresh milk in the fridge would have been nice and more than 2 tea bags! Sound of doors banging from other rooms was quite noisy, as was traffic noise from main road.

Bad area to stay at, not worth the difference in price for a more central location, friendly customer service, the check in screens they have dont add any value or speed to the process and they should have someone there, we waited on the street for someone to come an open the door, it's clean, very basic bed and poor quality of the sofa bed

Very clean and well appointed property, reasonable sized rooms, and attentive staff. Self-catering, so don't expect full hotel service. There will be people who are put off by the area. I know the East End so I wasn't, and I appreciate the easy connections to the City and elsewhere. I you want to stay in a glamorous part of London, this isn't for you, but as a convenient and pleasant place to stay at a reasonable price, this fits the bill.

The room and facilities in the room were great, clean and in great condition. Not far from Shoreditch and Central London by bus or car. The area is abit run down compared to other surrounding areas but as the property is a great and close to other good areas I wouldnt let that deter you.
