Meh
Receptionists was very pleasantly upon arrival. While the property is under construction, its important to note theres strong odors amongst the floors. The 3rd floor had a very strong odor of mold. The firdt floor smelled like stale water. Both beds had significant sinking spots in them, while not the most comfortable, they were sufficient. The outside doors that are "locked for your safety" and needed keycard to open, were never actually locked. Breakfast options were mid at best. Not such a terrible experience that i wouldnt stay here again (at least not until construction is finished), but for the current state, its definitely overpriced.

Comfy beds, excellent front desk
We evacuated from hurricane Milton and came to stay for three nights. The customer service and front desk is so friendly that we extended our stay by another two nights. Since we didn't have power at home. The beds are super comfortable, they are currently undergoing renovation and my only dislike was that they closed the pool 2 days before the hurricane and 2 days after.

It was fine for one night. Pros: Beds were comfy. The hot breakfast was good. It’s convenient to the theme parks. Cons: It’s under construction, the hallways and elevator were hot, customer service was not overly friendly.

Remodeling Mess.
Ants in our room and never had a complete set of towels. Front DeskPersonnel was great. Phone didn’t work. Iron didn’t work and got another one. Hair dryer didn’t work and got another one. Breakfast was great.
