Id stay again
Checked in was told we would have a shuttle to the airport in the morning. Then we go to ask the next morning and it's only from 6an -11 they have shuttle would have been nice to know i wouldn't have booked. Restaurant was told opened at 4 and was only open for 1 hour? Room was clean and bed was comfy, alot of kids running in the halls and slamming doors. Great pool tho

Mc Cool and Maria Eleana were super nice helped me with my check in and late check out rooms was nice beds was comfortable hotel is beautiful and they have a free shuttle every 30 minutes from airport. RESTAURANT HAD DELICIOUS BURGERS AND THE CHEF GEORGE SUAREZ WAS NICE CAME OUT GREETED US AND ASKED ABOUT THE FOOD HE ALSO GAVE MY GIRLS ICE CREAM BEFORE HE LEFT

Don't Stay
We arrived after 1:00am and had to wait almost an hour just to check in. Then went to our room and the bed was made with dirty sheets. The smoke alarm was wrapped in plastic, lamp shades were torn all up, dirt all over the floor. it was gross. we only had a few hours to sleep so i called down and they asked if we wanted new sheets or a new room and we said whatever was faster (i thought that was reasonable). they said they would change the sheets. after 20 minutes, I called back to see how much longer and then they sent someone up. he handed us sheets and left (because he was just security) for us to change someone else's nasty sheets. we were so tired, we decided to change them but they didn't give us a whole set. I went back downstairs and after waiting again, was finally given a different room. This one was hot (A/C was set at 80 degrees) and it smelled of mildew but the sheets were clean. We went to sleep only to hear the neighbors squeaky door for the next hour. We woke up two hours later and left. I emailed them about my disappointment and gave them a chance to rectify me paying $170 for 5 hours of a nightmare. They responded with a 'sorry we didn't meet your expectations.' I would never stay at this hotel again.
