Alexis the manager and Shawn the transportation coordinator made sure we all knew what was happening about the delays in Miami with the cruise and busses and shuttles with construction and the marathon. They handled the huge crowds well and made sure everyone got what they needed and to where we needed. Will not hesitate to stay again and use their services. Hotel was clean and breakfast was tasty.

The room was nice & spacious. The front desk clerks were excellent!! The seating area in the hotel was nice as well. Our lights in the living room area were very very dim & kept flickering. They said that's the way they should be, which is weird but ok. Breakfast wasn't good, but it's great to have the option.

Room was good size and clean for the most part. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle is the main reason, we book here but there needs to be someone to form a line and keep it orderly as people become upset when they feel like they are being passed.
