Not great, not bad
We stayed the previous night in another Delta property that was newly spruced up with a lovely, fully-stocked room. This hotel seemed tired and there were a few things about the room that felt like the housekeeping staff hadn't finished -- there was very little toilet paper with no extra roll, no bottled water, etc. However, the room itself and bedding were very clean. My wife went to the lobby for more toilet paper (a room across the hall had also asked for more toilet paper, apparently) and the security guard kept calling her "dear". The check-in staff were both efficient and pleasant. The experience wasn't bad, but not stellar either.

Not what I would expect with a Marriott name on it
Hotel lobby was very nice and inviting. The suite I booked happened to have a broken a/c in the bedroom so I had to move to a junior suite (with a rate credit of course). That room was fine, but it became evident that the facility just needed a bit more TLC. The shower head had some mineral buildup and could use a deep clean or replacement. The shower tile was overall in good shape but had a hole drilled into it with nothing there. The shower temperature control was very stiff and squeaked with any movement at all. The shower doors were SO flimsy it almost seems like a hazard. Not sure why but again not something to expect. The bed legs were just bare exposed pieces of metal. Kinda ugly and again not what you’d expect to see. I would’ve expected at least a bed skirt. Bed was good. TV entertainment was good and had premium on demand services. For the price I paid it was about on par and fine for a night. But for a longer stay or if you’re a pickier person than me, I would pass.
