Enjoyed the resort, however, not offering shuttle service back to the airport daily and therefore having to pay an arm and leg for a taxi was a waste. I was also offered $50 credit, but when I asked to apply it to balance at the end of my stay, I was told I couldn’t because it was just for food. Info on these services needs to be clearer from up front.

Please verify rooms are correct with booked prepaid reservations. If they are not correct, it is helpful to make it right. The guests are the only reason you are there. I feel your staff forgets the guests are their main focus. I have stayed at this resort 2 times and I will never come back. It was too expensive to have so much go wrong last week. Things go wrong. It’s how they are handles that makes a good place an excellent place.

They do have partnerships with restaurants off the property that honor the all inclusive you purchase with them. Beautiful place and the rooms are top notch.
