Room was small, even when we paid to upgrade to what we were to be a bigger room. The hotel room and facilities are dated and need refreshing.

Nice hotel , great view from the room , tho check in issues , one female receptionist very unfriendly and not very helpful . Shame as it spoilt a nice experience . Sometimes it helps to be polite and try explain things ,is my recommendation when training staff . Scandic hotels off my list of future travels .

It is a bit rundown hotel with some wear and tear. Bad thing was the smell of the room. Guessing it used to be a smoker s room and still using some cheap air freshener.. the first impression was awful because of its ordinary smell. Another thing was their cleaning policy, that the guests have to request the cleaning service every day. The hotel was not cheap and I don’t think it’s good enough that I have to call for fresh towels. Should be a better system to feel like being looked after. Even heated towel rack. Other aspect was ok. Breakfast was ok, only standard option for hot food and fresh fruit/salad. It’s close enough to public transport and all tourist attractions, staff is friendly enough, the size of room is just as I paid. Oh, the bed was comfy and big. And the big window was very good - helped intensive ventilation and drying the towels.
