I’ve stayed at this hotel & will do so again, as it’s close to the ANMF building, where I go to for nurses conferences. It’s also close to transport links & the CBD. I’ve always found the staff willing to go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome & to help in anyway.

Overall nice, location is good not too noisy, the room not so small, over my expectation, but I booked a double room (the biggest size at this hotel). Only one thing can be improved, I don’t like their pillows, too soft. I will live their again, if I go to Melbourne.
