£690 a night ,room 851 , tried to add on £34 twice for service charge ???? The room was small next to a lift and had an internal door that didn’t lock , which when opened was a long corridor to a fire exit and 2 other doors with locks on ??? Our stay at the Langham was perfect. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful and would go out of their way to help with anything. Our room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The club staff extra helpful and friendly. We had room service twice and the pizza is delicious!

I’ve always wanted to stay in the Langham having walk past it many times for work and all seemed a classic old school hotel. The hotel is really done out very well recently refurbished. The service is excellent, but slightly understated and relaxed. Even the upgraded room was a little bit small, The Palm Court wasn’t quite up there compared to hotels of similar standards. The bar and cocktails were excellent, and some of the best in London.

Have stayed in many top hotels in London from the Lanesborough to the Ritz and Savoy. This measures up to all of them. All of the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Loved the neighborhood.
