This is supposed to be a 3-star hotel, but the room was terrible. The only good thing about this place is the staff which was very polite and helpful within their limits and company rules.
I made a reservation for 4 nights, after the first night I wanted to cancel, but I was not able to get a refund on my reservation, so we stayed another 3 nights and things just got worst.
Even though the room has a blackout shades that prevents light from outside to get in, regardless, the room has enough light inside produced by white bright LEDs of the A/C unit and the on wall A/C controller, plus the TV blue LED and a blinking Green LED from the Phone, these light emitted surpasses the light from outside (at least on the 9th floor that we stayed).
The bed and pillows are comfortable enough, but it had NO fitted sheets and no mattress cover, so you can wake up laying directly over the mattress, which is not hygienic at all. Also, the sheets had yellow stains, and they were not changed even after complaining 2 days in a row. They only added a small mattress cover at the second night.
The towels were old, worn and felt dried, rough to the skin.
The shower drape was short, so the bathroom floor floods.
We saw a small cockroach on the room that fall from the shades while opening it.
By the third day we noticed the room was not being swept neither mop since we saw the same traces or dirt and hair that was accumulated, and the bathroom floor towel was left wet in the floor.
