The service we received at Titanic Beach Lara was exceptional. Every single staff person we encountered was lovely and incredibly helpful - everyone always had a smile on their faces. Clearly they have a system that works like clockwork every single day, that keeps everything in order and as expected. The facilities were great, the activities, the food service, everything was just as you would expect from an all-inclusive hotel. Of course they had some services that were offered for an additional cost, but all that was included was good enough. The only two negatives about out experience were unfortunately quite big ones that put a bit of a damper on our stay: the a/c and the wi-fi. When we first arrived we turned the a/c on immediately as it was very warm, but it was clearly broken - it was 30 degrees celsius inside of our room with the a/c set for 10 degrees. The concierge sent the technicians into our room late at night to try and sort it out for us, which was part of their great service, but unfortunately that did not help so the next day we complained again and they sent someone again that came a couple of times. Thankfully eventually the temperature started going down until it settled at 22 degrees celsius, which although it was not quite cold enough for us, it was much better than before. The wi-fi signal was unfortunately quite terrible and meant that accessing social media or watching anything online was a no go. Overall I would say we had a really good stay, but
