Terrible experience with Hilton on little queen st
This stay was a huge disappointment, was discovered the pillowcase was not changed and smelled. Management changed a different room. But also discovered the manager who checked me in overcharged me $100. Tried to ask for cancellation as a result of the terrible impression, manager asked me to cancel on hotels.com refused to help me with cancellation. Toilet has water flow sound when other room use it, very disturbing, woke us up at the middle of the night and early morning. Inexperienced manager and have made no effort to improve my stay experience. 2/10
