Booking this hotel was my worst decision ever. Right from the beginning the staff showed their attitude- they tore my suitcase, leaving a huge hole in it, and when I pointed it out to the hotel manager Kelvin he was anything but rude- he simply told me that the hotel is “not a real Hilton” hence they “are not responsible for any lost or damage of guests’ property”. So be mindful- they couldn’t care less.
The room was spacious and that is all good I can say about it. It was dusty and dirty, there’s zero soundproof so one can literally hear people sneeze outside. Very uncomfortable shower, zero amenities. There’s an aircon in the room but you can’t change settings to your liking- so if you’re hot or cold you gotta call reception asking to increase or lower the room temperature. In our case the room was freezing cold. I asked for the temperature to be increased at 9 am and at 4 pm it was still cold. I had to call couple more times with the same request- appeared the staff would listen to your request and do nothing! The hotel doesn’t provide drinking water in the room, there’s no bottle that could be refilled either. They say they provide drinking water at the reception counter which is also not true- there’s infused water, not clear, and when they run out of it they just offer water from a tap. Or, you can BUY water in a PLASTIC BOTTLE at the reception! Appalling!
The breakfast is one more disappointment - the food is not eatable, coffee is horrible and not drinkable.
