Good location, good service
Good location close to the centre and to Orchard. Hotel is basic but has everything that one needs. Personnel are very friendly. On my checkout day, my flight was very late. Leo at the reception offered me a clean room to change and take a shower free of charge.

Our 3rd stay here, great location, great staff.
Every hotel review has to account for the cost of the stay. Hotel Mi hit our sweet point between facilities, room size & location. Very close to MRT, lots to do in immediate area. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are extremely polite and attentive, really nice people. They arranged a late checkout for us (13:00) at no extra cost, stored our baggage & offered shower room before we head off to airport. This was our third stay here & we’ll most likely stay here again when we next visit Singapore. I’ll leave you to decide if that’s a recommendation…

Excellent and beautifully refurbished facilities a stone's throw from the metro station and a range of good restaurants. Extremely convenient coffee shop next door and a 7/11 opposite. Doesn't get better for the price!

A pretty good place to stay
This was a good hotel. We thought it was overpriced but we were there during the Formula 1 Racing. The location was good and it was quiet. I wish they provided hand towels. A vet good breakfast was included

Small & Cosy
Good service from hotel staff and check in was quick and smooth. We booked 1 double and 1 tripple. Room is small but functional for short stay. Beds are very firm but thats suits our preference. Bathroom also small and shower is very tight (less than two arm span). Shower gel & shampoo/conditioner is provided. Corner of shower floor felt a little slimy but otherwise clean. There's free wifi and a pool but we didnt check it out. Would stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé, très bien tenu avec un accueil attentionné. Nombreux restaurants dans les environs qui compense l’absence d’un restaurant dans l’hôtel. Facilement accessible par métro depuis l’aéroport. Belle piscine dans un bel environnement. Le seul bémol est l’insonorisation entre les chambres voisines. Nous avons entendu notre voisin ronfler et parler au téléphone. Plutôt déplaisant en soirée ou dans la nuit.

Great location, small room
One thing about this hotel is the great value for a terrific location. MRT literally a minute away. Friendly staff and speedy check in. Room was small, and walls pretty thin but as i say all about location. Lots of breakfast options across the street and the 7/11!

Bijou rooms close to the MRT
The hotel is well located just a stone's throw (50m) from the Bencoolen MRT station giving easy access to the transport network. The room was small, especially as there were 3 of us, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Wardrobe space was provided by a hanging rail over the desk, but again fine for our overnight stay. Tea and coffee facilities and a small refrigerator were provided but towels were limited to one per person with no hand towels or face cloths. A filtered water tap was a great addition to the bathroom, helping the hotel to achieve Green status. (No bottle waste). Staff were helpful and attentive - our faulty kettle was replaced immediately - and were happy to help with suit cases and taxis. There were many restaurants and cafes near by, but few providing western menus. All in all, the Mi provided everything we needed for a short stay.

Very nice hotel in very good location. MRT is next to it. Although room is a bit smallish, it is very clean and beds are very, very comfy. But then ,you just sleep in it-right? Staff is very polite and nice and would see to any need you might have. They allowed us to stay extra hours cause of late flight which is very much appreciated. Food court is just across the road as well as 7/11 dairy. All in all very pleasant stay and thank you very much.
