      Was assigned a room with a faulty air conditioner that stayed at 28 degrees, faulty fridge, empty complimentary water bottle, empty snack bar. Had to report it for 5 times and then finally got a room change. Wouldn’t stay again

      Not worth your money at all!! :(

      This hotel room was absolutely disappointing!!!!! It was so aad because for the price we paid we could've gotten another room elsewhere that would've been so much more cosy!! :( We felt like the pictures of this hotel room was misleading!!! :( The photos made the room look so bright & updated but in actual fact, thd TV was so grainy, the channel choices were not plenty, we couldn't mirror our phone to the TV, aircon wasn't cold & the aircon switch was hard to manipulate. The room was stuffy. The toilet doesn't have a bidet spray, the shower had a bathtub with marble flooring, the double bed was for some reason smaller? Overall we were really disappointed. In our opinion, we will definitely not patronize this place ever.

      Awesome hotel

      The double deluxe room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The room has view of the Brani island and termina port, able to see sunrise. Hotel breakfast has a wide variety of food to choose from and the food are nice. Overall the stay at the hotel is worth the price paid for.

      NDP Stay at M Hotel.

      Checking in was fast. The room was well decorated. But the air conditioning was bad. Not cooling at all. Asked for service maintenance but doesn't helps. The room only have 2 bottles of mineral water. To last 24 hours for 2 ? The tv channel was poor. Non digital and blur.. The breakfast Management was chaotic. Worse than a market. I have to collect my own cutlery. Went to club lounge for breakfast instead but left a few drops of fruit juice and don't bother to top up. Waitress service was terrible. Dare to doubt my room number. Hopefully the hotel Management can make good. Thanks.
