We have made a booking for 2 twin beds sleeps four and at the time of checkin the hotel offered 3 single beds and asked us to adjust or pay extra SAR 4600 to upgrade to studio. Eventually I had to pay to make sure the family sleeps well and ended pay SAR 17k. Good strategy to make more money when they know we are on Umrah tour.
