They cancelled my paid room. Got ripped off.
My flight was cancelled by the airline 10 mins before boarding. When I get to the Hotel next day, they said my reservation is cancelled while they still took the fee for my first night of the reservation. I asked them how it would be cancelled if I paid for it already and I would like to check into my paid room. They said the room gone although I paid for it. Bad customer service as they said that's how it works without any explanation.

a little disappointed
The hotel was clean and felt safe as other reviewers stated. But we were expecting bigger rooms. The two rooms we got were on the 14th floor and were big enough for beds in them (2 queens in one and 1 king in the other). I was expecting the rooms to be 280 sq. ft. The bathrooms had hardly had any counter space. Parking is on-your-own to find. There was no deal with a nearby off-site garage. Lastly, the pet fee was $250 for the stay which is by far the most we paid at a hotel - ever! This fee is pet-unfriendly. We will most likely not stay at this hotel again because of the pet fee.

Family 4 night stay Xmas 2022
Hotel is conveniently located being walking distance to Times Square, metro lines, Empire State Building, Hudson yards and other attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was larger than expected by NY standard and quiet. Security is excellent- there is a guard in foyer during the day until about 10pm & require your room key to tap in after hours - this being good given there is a meth clinic next door (open week days only), Having said that we walked past on numerous occasions and had no issues. There is a gym and laundry on site, but did not use them this visit. I would definitely stay here again.
