Pro: Convenient location close to the largest night market and lots of dining options. Room was clean and modern. Con: 1. There was no option to pay for breakfast in the morning. You have to pay in advance during booking. 2. Our room was so hot when we first entered that we had to run the AC at max and leave the door open while waiting outside for 10 minutes. 3. The AC blew air directly at the head of the bed so I slept all night with cold air blasting at my head/face and woke up with a headache. Turning down the AC would leave the room too hot. Overall: do not recommend and would not stay again.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Very quiet considering Xitun is a busy area. Also has a small lobby. I hope to stay again! There is also a brunch place right next door worth checking out called LOWCA.
