They did not clean/change cups. Restroom was not cleaned daily. Location was ok, close to metro station.

Bad experience
Tiniest hotel room I've ever seen. Very misleading as it's totally different from the pictures. There's literally no room to move at all. Just one tiny space to walk to the toilet and main door. The room temperature was too cold and it's not adjustable. I had to call reception twice to ask them to increase the temperature in my room. Very inconvenient. There also seems to be loud knocking sounds very early in the morning from 7am so my sleep was disturbed as well.

You get what you pay for but man there's no trade off in booking this hotel.Apart from the location which is not bad, everything else is horrible. Rooms dated, unsafe, bathroom is cramped and slippery, no windows, AC is noisy like crickets singing all night. Stay away from this property at all costs.

Everything was good except there was no water dispenser to refill our water bottle. We know Singapore is safe to drink from the tap but yet not everyone has same tolerance. Feedback for toilet please add a bidget.

Staff very arrogant and not helpful. Could not believe hotel refusing to provide bottled water. As a visitor you'll ask questions to local if not sure. We had the family unit. The air-con sounded like a constant rain downpour, very noisy. There was a lot of black mould inside and around the air-con unit. No windows in unit, which we thought a bit odd.
