About this home

The Enclave is a classic Kiwi Bach located at Lake Tarawera, just 25 minutes drive from the Rotorua CBD and more importantly, just 2 minutes drive to the Stoney Point boat ramp. Bring the boat and take the family out for long days on the lake fishing or enjoying a wakeboard or ski biscuit session before returning for a BBQ. The house is pet friendly also but please note, it is not fully fenced.


A three Bedroom Home with one bathroom.



The master bedroom has a Queen Bed with it's own balcony with views of the lake. Bedroom two has a queen bed also and Bedroom three has two single beds. Professionally laundered, high quality linen.



Ample parking including for multiple cars and the boat.



Heating is provided by a log burner and additional stand alone heaters.
