Nice hotel, but no air conditioning!
The hotel was very nice and clean. The service was great, however, the rooms were not cool, after being told the A/C system was working fine in all rooms. Beware when traveling to Europe...they do not turn the real A/C on until the Summer, not Spring. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in a warm room.

Classic grand hotel experience. good value for what you received. be aware it’s a solid 25 minute hike from there to the Grand Place. they were a little short staffed the day i checked out so the restaurant didn’t open at 6:30am as expected and we had to go get our car out of the lot since there was no valet either. so that wasn’t great. you kinda pay premium for those extra services.
