Nice location, bad service
Overall the hotel was nice, great location & had a great breakfast. However, we had a frustrating check-in experience. When arriving early, the front desk had asked us to wait until our check-in time and when it came they made us stand in line with people who had just walked in. We had a lot of luggage & a baby and nobody helped us with baggage. The concierge did not know how to get to key attractions. The "cleaning" consisted of only new towels and emptying garbage cans. They didn't even make our bed one of the days.

Front Desk Staff - arrogant and not helpful
Despite the listing saying our room had a bathtub and the hotel's front desk confirming in advance they got our note about ensuring a bathtub was in our room... no bathtub upon check-in. And one of the front desk staff at check-in was the least accommodating I have ever experienced at a hotel - as he made it out to be our problem with Hotels.com and not Scandic Palace hotel's problem. His arrogant attitude was a frustrating aspect of our stay as we had to deal with him regularly throughout our stay.

Comfy stay in Copenhagen
Really nice comfortable stay. Breakfast is amazing. Nice clean room. Cause it does over look the main square there were protests outside in the day, so might be a little loud for tiny kids. My 5 year old was fine.
