This hotel has so much going for it. The kids loved all the artwork and games rooms. The parents loved the cleanliness, size and comfort of the rooms. They cater for all needs with meals available for those who want to eat there (we particularly enjoyed the lunch) but also a separate one with a microwave and tables for those who want to bring their own. Staff respond super quick to emails (we emailed twice, once for a baby cot and again to enquire about parking). Above all the staff were amazing. They were attentive, friendly and went above and beyond. They were brilliant with the kids. The only downside is that this hotel is in a not so nice area but its just a few minutes walk to the main centre.
