relaxing place, the staff are very nice and always doing their best to help where they can. It’s great for family. The food was excellent, lots of varieties but it was geared toward international food, not the Vietnamese culture. However, I did not find this place to be 5 stars due to quality of the villas. Cabinets looks cheap. Fridge was slanted, pool was felt dirty. It was a nice villa, just the quality wasn’t there especially for the price you pay for. "

"Very serene atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great seeing all the animals in the safari. Good breakfast. The only regret was having laundry service which was a nightmare!! They washed our clothes with other People's clothes. They hung the clothes up in metal hangers which distorted the shapes of the pants and shirts. They washed whites with color, this the whites were all stained!!!!!! A bag of laundry ended up costing $30 US dollars and yet clothes were destroyed. So, stay here because...

"The resort is so well designed and appreciated the design concept of a university campus. There was plenty to do at the resort such as free activities like massage lessons and bike tours. There are three different pools and the beach attached to the resort is well kept for Phu Quoc with staff constantly picking up rubbish. Big shoutout to Jace who guided us on the bike tour and to the ladies at the spa

"If you can, you definitely should. Huge living space, beautiful bedrooms, large outdoor living with private pool. The breakfast buffet was good and the other resort pools were also fantastic. Staff though was what made this resort so good. We met tons of great staff. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights in phu Quoc and that was perfect. "Such a gorgeous place, shaded by towering napa palms and lovely garden. Staff were exemplary, great service, individual attention, nothing too much trouble.
