"We stayed three nights during the summer shoulder period when the resort was not crowded nor busy and was gearing down after its busy season. The pools are excellent. The resort has a specific procedure on securing towels and different colored wrist bands for the two pools and spa. Regrettably, upon check in, the staff member who assisted did not explain the procedure well, causing us several awkward encounters with other staff members. "I stayed here only 2 nights. the place itself is beautiful overlooking the mountain . Place was clean and vey comfortable. breakfast is very good and so is dinner. Now for the negative no receptionist to welcome you. If you go late you stay outside. Too many bus loads of hikers stay there and they are catered to 1st Since i did not get a paper of when to check out i did not know. If you want to stay an extra day and pay they will not accommodate. They open pool at 11:00a when people...
